Summary of the November 4 Salt Lake City Council Meeting

Horse Drawn Carriages on City Streets

In a straw poll, the Council indicated its support for considering a proposal that would ban horse drawn carriage businesses, with an exception for special events like parades and free expression activities. The Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed ordinance on November 25 and will likely take formal action that night. Learn more.
